That will probably have to be addressed, but either way…
There is an in-game currency already in the game that we can grind our match after match, whether it’s ranked or unranked, arcade and even in some cases custom games I did at one point have a workshop preset for a zombie mode that allowed the player to gain experience, although it was not made by me, I did play it. Everything about the game gets locked behind a pay wall, except for your starting stuff everyone gets. Sure, it’s possible to make a good budget from selling copies of a game with no extra purchases, but that’s a very low budget compared to what could be achieved by selling, or at least OFFERING to sell things that players can otherwise get for free. Either way, to put it simple, I completely understand why everyone’s gotta make money somehow, and a game server isn’t gonna support itself off of hope and magical unicorn fart dust. I apologize about my formatting, don’t really have the patience for it anymore, so I’ll try to make this as readable as possible without all the fancy fingerwork.
This is something more directed at Blizzard and their ideas for a Battle Pass and in-game content that has to be purchased.
